One of the fastest growing areas in business right now the convergence of telephony systems into email, instant messaging, and data communications.  This includes replacing public Yahoo Messenger, AOL Messenger, and MSN Messenger "instant messaging" with a centralized Lync 2010 instant messaging system, replacing old PBX phone systems with new Voice-over-IP (VoIP) systems, integrating VoIP into existing digital phone systems, and tying voicemail into existing email systems.

  • Assisting with the design, implementation, integration, and support of Exchange 2010 environments with Exchange "Unified Messaging" voicemail enabled so that existing phone systems and Voice-over-IP phone systems drop voicemail directly into Exchange.
